The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Housing Authority is currently seeking one highly motivated individual with human services and administrative experience. This position is a regular full-time position.

Case Manager

Description: Responsible for individual case management planning and coordination of supportive services to clients and follow-up with referrals in accordance with MCC Homeless grant, Youth Homeless grant and LLHA Homeless shelter reporting requirements. Also responsible for assisting in the safety, security and general maintenance of the homeless shelter.

 Qualifications: AA Degree in Human Services required, high school diploma or equivalent will be considered with a minimum three years related management experience in Housing or Human Services. Knowledge of the LLHA and LLBO programs and services is required. Knowledge of locations of LLHA and LLBO communities and resources is required. Knowledge and experience in standard office equipment, including but not limited to; computer, printer, photocopier, fax machine, etc. Experience in MS Office computer software systems is a must.

A valid, Minnesota Driver’s License is required.

Wage:  DOQ  (wage determination based on education and experience)

Homeless Program Manager

Description: Responsible for oversight and coordination of all aspects of the Leech Lake Housing Authority managed, MCC Homeless, DHS & other grants and LLHA Homeless shelter. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; adherence to all guidelines, policies and procedures of the LLHA Homeless programs, case management and providing guidance and support to all staff. Also responsible for assisting in the safety, security and general maintenance of the homeless shelter.

Qualifications: AA Degree in Human Services required, high school diploma or equivalent will be considered with a minimum three years related management experience in Housing or Human Services.
