Services

We register and title: cars, pickups, RV(s), motorcycles and trailers. We also issue Handicap permits to quailified persons.

These services are offered to all Minnesota Chippewa Tribe enrollees as long as the enrollees are residents or live near the Leech Lake Reservation. Person(s) must possess a valid Minnesota driver's license and provide proof of insurance for their vehicle(s).

We provide (2) free registrations for Leech Lake enrollees who are 62 years or older and live on or near the Leech Lake Reservation. The Senior Citizen must be the primary and sole owner of the vehicle being registered for the duration of his/her life. (Resolution #00-117 and #00-118)

Location: Middle door of the old RTC building.
