Rates

GSA Vehicles

• Labor: $75.00 per hour
• Oil change: $35.00 (includes 6qts. of oil, oil filter)
  Check: tires, air filter, fluids, blets, hoses, etc.
• Tire change: $15.00 on vehicle, $10.00 off vehicle (includes mounting, balancing, disposal - extra for weights)
• Tire rotation and brake inspection: $20.00
• Towing: $40.00 service charge. After hours - $50.00 service charge, $3.50 per mile

Program Vehicles, RTC/Constituent

• Labor: $30.00 per half hour (minimum charge +half hour)
• Oil change: $35.00 (includes 6qts. of oil, oil filter)
  Check: tires, air filter, fluids, blets, hoses, etc.
• Tire change: $10.00 on vehicle, $5.00 off vehicle (includes mounting, balancing, disposal - extra for weights)
• Diagnostic machine hook up fee: $40.00
• Tire rotation and brake inspection: $20.00
• Towing: $30.00 service charge. After hours - $40.00 service charge, $2.50 per mile

Fleet Management Vehicles Policy
