We provide the following services:
- Paternity Establishment
- Establishment of Child Support Orders
- Modification of Child Support Orders
- Child Support Order Enforcement
- Locate non-custodial parents
- Case Management services
Eligibility
Any enrolled member of any federally recognized Tribe; Additionally:
- The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction over the family relations matters of all Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe members wherever they may reside.
- The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction over all persons who reside within the exterior boundaries of the Leech Lake Reservation for at least ninety (90) days prior to filing a petition. Only one party must meet the filing requirement.
There are no age or income restrictions.

- Proof of Tribal Enrollment
- Proof of Residence
- Proof of Income
- Children’s birth certificates
- Proof of custody
- any state, county or Tribal legal documentation relating to custody and child support, ie.. Child Support orders, modifications etc.
Fees - There are no fees for the use of this service.
