- $500.00 funeral donation to the Leech Lake Band Member handling arrangements (this is to be used for items needed for the funeral)
- $250.00 funeral dontation to non-band members handling arrangements of a Leech Lake Band Member (this is to be used for items needed for the funeral)

- This must be a life threatening medical emergency
- You must apply for this dontation 3-4 days BEFORE your scheduled appointment to receive services
We assist Elders on a case by case basis.
