Entrepreneur Training

NOT TOO LATE TO SIGN UP FOR ENTREPRENEUR TRAINING AT LEECH LAKE TRIBAL COLLEGE!!!!

Last night the first class started of the entrepreneur training classes. Some great business concepts!   

Next class is on April 4, when we will continue discussing who their customers are, what they are selling them, how much will it cost them, where product will be sold, and how to connect with customers. They will develop a marketing strategy; define their competition, and distribution process.

One of the entrepreneur classes will be about starting an e-commerce website, taught by instructors from the University of Minnesota.  Watch for more details.

Entrepreneur Training:

  • First class - Identify your personal objectives, skills and experience, and financial resources.
  • Classes two and three - Develop marketing strategy, define your competition, and define your distribution process.
  • Classes four and five - Describe management requirements, define operations strategy, develop sales forecast, start-up expenses, 12-month operating budget, and three year income statement and cash flow.
