The Tribal Development Division's mission is to access federal, state, public and private resources to support divisions, programs and services to the Leech Lake population and assist tribal government in developing plans to expand infrastructure. Tribal Development's guiding principles are to access other resources first, before accessing general funds generated by gaming and other revenue streams.
The Leech Lake Reservation Tribal Development Division strives to improve its services to divisions, programs and community of the reservation. In order to have effective communication and successful grant applications, we find it essential to adopt a policy establishing procedures for providing assistance. It's our prime objective to improve record-keeping systems, financial management and establish a protocol and line of communitcation within the LLBO governmental structure.
Eligibility Requirements
