We provide a comprehensive, high quality rehab program to the members of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, through convenient community access to highly skilled occupational therapists that utilize the latest technology and use of evidence-based practice techniques. Services are currently being provided at the following community clinics: Ball Club, Bemidji, Bena, Cass Lake, Inger, and Onigum; as well as school based OT at the Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School, and on site therapy at the 3 Casinos for the casino employees.

- Outpatient OT rehab
- School based OT
- Pool therapy
- Pre-employment screening
- FCE’s

Open to all residents in our service area.

- Not applicable for LLBO band members but Medical Assistance preferred
- Non-band members must have current medical insurance
