The Patient Benefits Coordinators assist the client in applying, understanding, and qualifying for Public Assistance Programs through County agencies. Assistance is also available in applying for Social Security, disability, retirement, and survivors benefits.
Eligibility Requirements
- Open to general public
- Need not be an enrolled Leech Lake member
- Income - Determined by State Guidelines
