The Leech Lake Men’s Outpatient Treatment Program is committed to meeting the therapeutic needs of individual clients through the efficient and convenient provision of clinically effective services. It is committed to basing its services on a high level of respect, for the clients and his needs. Men’s outpatient is committed to remaining a strong stable human service provider. Organizational decisions will be made to ensure the program’s performance as a quality community resource.
Eligibility Requirements
- Adolescent - ages 12-18
- Adult - Male 18 years of age and over
- Non-residential services depend on income guidelines

- Minnesota State ID
- Social Security Number
- Minnesota Drivers License
Intake Procedure
- Call to make an appointment
- A Rule 25 is appointment is set on the first available time slot with an assessor
- Complete the Rule 25 assessment
- You will be placed according to your Rule 25 assessment
