Basic Passenger Rules of the Ride
- Riders are requested to be ready 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time. We may not get to you at the exact time scheduled because of the large amount of riders we pick up. Please be patient.
- Bus will not return for riders if they are not ready when bus arrives.
- Riders with smaller children are required to provide their own infant carriers or booster seats for their children.
- Bemidji riders must be at a designated pick up point. We will only go off the route up to 3/4 miles if needed-please call ahead to schedule this pick up. Bemidji has designated pick up places.
- No drugs, alcohol, smoke or chew allowed in bus.
- No fighting, harassment, horseplay or disorderly conduct allowed on bus.
- No weapons or dangerous objects allowed on bus.
- No special stops unless approved by management as bus is on a designated run.
- Any swearing or using foul language at the drivers, dispatchers or other riders is reason to withdraw your riding privileges.
- Any complaints about the driver should be addressed to the transportation project manager.
- Please do not leave trash on the floors or seats. We do provide a trash can for your convenience.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We reserve the right to withdraw riding privileges at any time.
