Accounting IT Systems Technician ~ Administration ~ Job Code: 21-002

Summary: Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; recommending systems controls and protocols.
Education/Experience: Possess 2-year degree in Business, Communication, IT, or related field; or 2 to 4 years of related work experience; or a combination of both education and experiences.
Duties/Responsibilities: Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support and training users. Help design, document, and maintain system processes. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to team.

Opioid Treatment Facilities Manager ~ Human Services ~ Job Code: 21-003
VALID CLASS D DRIVER’S LICENSE, SIGNED MVR FORM AND BCA REQUIRED
Summary: Will be responsible for the oversight of the day to day facility operations; such as the supervision of transportation, security, and custodial departments. Will also follow up with daily checklists and projects.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D) is required. Must have a boiler’s license or willing to obtain within the first year of employment. Boiler’s license experience is preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities: Directly oversees daily facilities operations, and ensures each department is working effectively to make good use of time and work duties. Conducts regular and routine facility staff meetings with goals of creating effective communication skills to improve on services standards set forth by upper management to enhance timeliness and efficiency. Efficiently coordinate the staffing schedule to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet client and program needs.

Environmental Justice Liaison ~ Resource Management ~ Job Code: 21-004
VALID CLASS D DRIVER’S LICENSE, SIGNED MVR FORM REQUIRED
Summary: Will work to review land management projects as they relate to maintaining the Trust Resources of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe that the USFS administers through the management of the Chippewa National Forest. Will also facilitate natural resource restoration and mitigation projects; which will entail community outreach, involvement in planning with DRM and USFS staff, relationship building, involvement in NEPA process for project review, project development and implementation, management of Memorandum of Understanding with the Chippewa National Forest and Desired Vegetative Conditions of the Tribe.
Education/Experience: Four-year Bachelors of Science Degree in biological sciences, or a minimum of four years professional experience in Resource Management related field. Knowledge of LLBO Natural resources, both current and historic. Must be a natural resource gatherer.
Duties/Responsibilities: Develop relationships with State, Local and federal partners in promoting a shared stewardship vision for the Leech Lake Indian Reservation. Review all NEPA documents in regards to LLBO Natural Resources. Prepares and submits quarterly and annual financial and narrative reports, including projects income for future years.
