Summary: Under direct supervision of the CHR Program Manager, the medical transportation clerk processes all medical transportation paperwork in a timely and professional manner. Domestic Abuse Re-Education (DAR) Program Coordinator ~ Human Services ~ DOQ ~ Job Code: 14-208

Summary: Responsible for the overall management and administration of the Leech Lake Domestic Abuse Re-Education (DAR) Program, with the goal to address and reduce domestic violence and ensure the safety of domestic violence victims on the Leech Lake Reservation. Provides facilitation of Men’s DAR classes, supervision of DAR class facilitators, and service coordination with tribal, state, county and federal agencies involved in domestic violence programming.
Qualifications: BA/BS in Behavioral Health or related field (Psychology, Chemical Dependency, etc.) with 2000 hours of supervised experience. Masters Degree in the Behavioral Health field, preferred. Certified Domestic Batterer Intervention Program facilitator.
Skills: Demonstrated experience working with domestic abuse offenders. Familiarity with domestic violence programs and issues. Familiarity with the Coordinated Community Response model of domestic violence intervention.

Summary: Shall provide day-to-day direction, operation, management, control and supervision of the Tax, Risk and Insurance Program. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Licensed Certified Public Accountant preferred.
Five years experience directing, implementing and/or enforcing tribal, municipal, state or federal taxation programs. Five years experience preferred supervisory management experience and conducting tax audits. Experience developing and implementing clear comprehensive financial reports and financial tax- related and insurance databases.
Skills: Must possess excellent customer service skills with the general public, including maintaining tact, diplomacy and flexibility when dealing with different personalities. Computer literacy including extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and database software such as Microsoft Access. Possess strong work ethic and organizational skills with special attention to detail. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure that employees are carefully respecting the confidentiality policies and laws. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Summary: Provide assistance and support to the Managers by coordinating C-Store services, such as cashier duties, store cleaning and stocking.  
Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Experience preferred.
Skills: Computer knowledge helpful but not required. Excellent communication, writing and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills helpful. Perform duties in a courteous/effective manner with a pleasant demeanor towards customers, vendors and co-workers. Be resourceful, detail oriented and exceptionally well organized.
