Summary: Responsible for creating and implementing an effective tobacco prevention program for the youth of the Leech Lake Reservation, fully utilizing the State Tobacco Contract/Grant.

Summary: Responsible for providing direct mental health services, including psychotherapy, with an emphasis on individuals and families, using various treatment modalities and skills to produce social, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. May provide clinical supervision and coordinate grant funded therapeutic activities. 
Qualifications: Minimum of a Masters Degree in the Behavioral Health field is required. (Examples: Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.) Summary: Works under general supervision of the Internal Audit Director to ensure Departments are in compliance with Tribal, State and Federal regulations and that the departments have policies and procedures in place and adhered to.

Senior Court Clerk ~ Tribal Court ~ DOQ ~ Job Code: 14-209B
Summary: Responsible for organizing, directing and coordinating the processing of Judicial cases through the system. Perform general office management duties and day-to-day support for Tribal Court Judges. Assist with recording routine court clerical work. Responsible for the management of court technology equipment, recording/archiving of audio transcripts of all court hearings, and assist other court staff with processing and maintain of all legal pleadings filed with the Leech lake Tribal Court and Leech Lake Court of Appeals. Responsible for supervising and training court clerks.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.).  Experience working in tribal court administration in addition to successful completion of a formal tribal court clerk training and formal training in court information technology or at least five years experience in legal working environment/Legal Administrative Assistant Degree, and two years paralegal experience. Good understanding and knowledge of Tribal Codes, ordinances and statutes, federal Indian Laws and applicable laws from other jurisdictions, court policies and procedures for case processing, and of court terminology.

Skills: Prepares and submits annual operating budget requests to Tribal Council Budget Team. Coordinates and/or updates the Human Services strategic planning process. Supervises the maintenance of departmental records and reports.

Summary: Provide safe and reliable transportation services to clients of the Opioid Treatment Center.

Domestic Abuse Re-Education (DAR) Program Coordinator ~ Human Services ~ DOQ ~ Job Code: 14-208
               VALID CLASS D DRIVER’S LICENSE, SIGNED MVR FORM AND BCA REQUIRED
Summary: Responsible for the overall management and administration of the Leech Lake Domestic Abuse Re-Education (DAR) Program, with the goal to address and reduce domestic violence and ensure the safety of domestic violence victims on the Leech Lake Reservation. Provides facilitation of Men’s DAR classes, supervision of DAR class facilitators, and service coordination with tribal, state, county and federal agencies involved in domestic violence programming.
Qualifications: BA/BS in Behavioral Health or related field (Psychology, Chemical Dependency, etc.) with 2000 hours of supervised experience. Masters Degree in the Behavioral Health field, preferred. Certified Domestic Batterer Intervention Program facilitator.
Skills: Demonstrated experience working with domestic abuse offenders. Familiarity with domestic violence programs and issues. Familiarity with the Coordinated Community Response model of domestic violence intervention.

Summary: Shall provide day-to-day direction, operation, management, control and supervision of the Tax, Risk and Insurance Program. The TRI Manager shall administer and enforce the tax revenue laws of the Band and ensure that the Band’s tax matters are addressed. Plans, directs and coordinates risk and any non-human resources insurance programs of organization to control risks and losses.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Licensed Certified Public Accountant preferred.
Five years experience directing, implementing and/or enforcing tribal, municipal, state or federal taxation programs. Five years experience preferred supervisory management experience and conducting tax audits. Experience developing and implementing clear comprehensive financial reports and financial tax- related and insurance databases.
Skills: Must possess excellent customer service skills with the general public, including maintaining tact, diplomacy and flexibility when dealing with different personalities. Computer literacy including extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and database software such as Microsoft Access. Possess strong work ethic and organizational skills with special attention to detail.
