Summary: A licensed certified alcohol and drug counselor will provide professional therapeutic intervention for individuals that are misusing and/or addicted to alcohol and/or drugs. VALID CLASS D DRIVER’S LICENSE, SIGNED MVR FORM AND BCA REQUIRED
Summary: Provide advanced EMS training for the staff to maintain certification through on-going continuing education and assure that all staff maintains the training level of the Ambulance Service level of care as well as the training, mentoring and evaluation of new EMS staff. The Training Officer must also provide an on-going program of community education classes in CPR, First Aid, Emergency Medical Responder and Emergency Medical Technician levels.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D). Five (5) years of experience working as an Advanced EMT, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be currently an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and be registered with the MN Emergency Medical Service Regulatory Board at the time of application.

Duties/Responsibilities: Manage and administer the Tribal Air Program and other related projects. Develop and maintain monitoring projects for: PM 2.5, meteorological and mercury with others as identified. Past projects include: small sensors, dioxins and toxics. Investigate and identify monitoring needs and data gaps. Promote and represent Leech Lake locally, regionally and nationally with respect to the LLAP and projects.
