The mission of the MIS Division is to deliver and maintain the highest level of informational technology for use by the Tribal Council and its staff in order to assist in achieving a continuing advancement of productivity and efficiency for the ultimate betterment of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
The MIS Administration is charged with the organization and execution of the telecommunications and informational infrastructure of the LLBO.
The Telecommunications Department is charged with providing and maintaining telephone communications to over 1400 desktops and modems.
The Network Department is charged with the installation and maintenance of the LLOjibwe computer network and 200 plus desktop PC’s and peripherals.
Eligible participants are all of the LLBO employees and Departments including: Gaming, Tribal College and HUD.
We also fix computers for Leech Lake Enrolled Elders when necessary.
