Q. When does the job summary come out?
A. The job summary is updated/completed and posted on the web by 4:30pm at the beginning of each work week. You can pick up a hard copy at the Human Resources office.
Q. Can I look at my Personnel File?
A. LLBO employees are allowed to review their personnel file at any time.
As General Administration Personnel Policy 300.2 states:
a. Employees or former employees may request to review his/her personnel file by completing and submitting a Personnel File Inspection Request Form. Upon submission of this request, every effort will be made to honor requests at time of submission. In the event that requests cannot be processed immediately, an appointment will be set up to review the file within three business days of the submission
Q. What holidays do we get off?
A. As General Administration Personnel Policy 500.2.a states:
All regular employees, with the exception of essential service employees, shall receive holiday pay as declared by the LLBO. The following are the 2012 holidays:

Q. Where is the Human Resources office located?
A. The Human Resources office is located in the Facility Center. Enter the Southside entrance, go up the stairs to your right, continue down the hallway, turn left and we are the 4th doorway on the right. (call the Receptionist at 335-3698 if you need further clarification)
Q. Where is the Facility Center?
A. The facility center is located at 16126 John Moose Drive in Cass Lake, MN. It is located two blocks North of Dairy Queen which is right off HWY 2.
